Tender & specification
We review drawings, finishes and programme dates, then provide a fixed or schedule-of-rates quotation tied to plot numbers or phases.
Preparation
Fresh plaster is assessed and mist coated where required; surfaces are filled, sanded and protected before the decorative finish begins.
Decoration
Walls, ceilings and woodwork are finished by brush, roller or spray depending on the spec, plot by plot or in phased blocks.
Snagging & handover
We carry out a final inspection, address any defects and sign off with the site manager before handover.
