What's involved.
Pipework that needs to be there but spoils the room — boiler runs, soil stacks in bathrooms, radiator pipes in halls — usually only takes a half day to box in properly. The point is to make it disappear without trapping anything that may need future access.
Where service access is needed (stop-taps, isolating valves), we build in removable panels rather than gluing the box shut.
