Insurance work needs a paper trail as much as a paint job. We provide before / after photos, written specifications and itemised invoicing that aligns with loss adjuster requirements.
Where ceilings or walls are stained from water or smoke, we stain-block with shellac-based primers before topcoat so ghosting doesn't return.
