Kitchen Cabinet & Furniture Spraying in Sutton Coldfield
Keep the kitchen you have and change how it looks. We spray kitchen doors, drawer fronts, frames, end panels and fitted furniture with Graco airless and HVLP systems — a flat, durable lacquered finish with no brush marks, delivered across Sutton Coldfield, Four Oaks, Birmingham and Solihull.

A factory finish, achieved in your home.
Dust-extracted preparation, adhesion priming and multiple lacquer topcoats sprayed under containment. Nothing visible is brushed, so nothing visible carries brush marks.

Survey & colour
Door construction, existing finish and substrate checked on site. Colour matched against the room's own lighting before anything is ordered.
- 02
Strip, degrease & sand
Doors and drawer fronts removed, hardware bagged and numbered. Every surface solvent-degreased, then mechanically sanded with Mirka dust-extracted systems so preparation dust is captured rather than circulated.
- 03
Adhesion priming
A dedicated adhesion primer is sprayed onto sound, keyed surfaces — the stage that decides whether a sprayed kitchen lasts a decade or a season. Stain-block primer where dark colours are going light.
- 04
Lacquer topcoats
Two to three durable topcoats applied with Graco airless and HVLP equipment under full containment, denibbed between coats. The result is an even, flat, furniture-grade surface with no brush marks and no roller texture.
Same joinery. Completely different room.
Spraying works on any sound fitted joinery — kitchens, wardrobes, media walls and staircases. The pair here is a sprayed staircase and balustrade from a Four Oaks home: the original timber was kept, prepared and refinished rather than replaced.

Before
AfterWhy spraying beats a replacement kitchen.
Most kitchens are replaced because the doors look tired — not because the carcasses, worktops or appliances have failed. Spraying keeps everything that still works and refinishes everything you actually see, so the money goes into the finish rather than into a skip.
A comparable replacement kitchen typically runs into five figures once units, worktops, fitting, tiling and making good are added, and the kitchen is out of use for weeks. A sprayed kitchen is usually finished in three to five working days, with the sink and hob usable throughout and no building work at all.
The same logic applies to fitted wardrobes, dressing rooms and media walls — refinishing existing joinery costs far less than commissioning new units, and the sprayed surface is harder-wearing than the original foil or brushed paint finish.

How much cheaper is spraying than a replacement kitchen?
A replacement kitchen of similar quality usually runs into five figures once units, worktops, fitting and making good are counted. Spraying keeps your existing carcasses, worktops and appliances and refinishes the visible surfaces, so it is typically a fraction of that cost — we give an exact figure after a site visit.
Will there be brush marks or roller texture?
No. Everything visible is sprayed with Graco airless and HVLP equipment, so the finish is flat and even across doors, frames and end panels — the same look as a factory-finished kitchen.
How durable is the lacquer finish?
We use blocking-resistant, furniture-grade systems from Tikkurila and Benjamin Moore. On correctly prepared cabinetry these handle daily handling, heat and moisture and routinely run eight to ten years or more before any touch-up.
Can I use the kitchen while you work?
Yes. Frames stay in place, and the hob and sink remain usable with care. Doors are off for roughly two to three days on a typical kitchen.
What else do you spray besides kitchens?
Fitted wardrobes, dressing rooms, media walls, bedroom furniture, staircases and internal doors — any MDF or timber joinery that suits a sprayed finish.
Can you change the colour completely?
Yes — any RAL, NCS or paint-brand colour. Stain-block primer handles dramatic dark-to-light changes.
