Phased work
Splitting a building into zones — reception, meeting rooms, floors or wings — lets the business keep operating while each area is finished properly.
Out-of-hours where suitable
Evening and weekend working suits reception areas, boardrooms and open-plan floors where daytime access is impractical. It costs a little more but avoids downtime.
Protecting desks, carpets and equipment
IT equipment, monitors, workstations and expensive contract carpets all need proper protection before any sanding or painting. This is often more work than the painting itself.
Reception and meeting rooms
First-impression areas — reception, waiting spaces and client meeting rooms — usually get prioritised. A tidy, well-finished front-of-house makes the strongest visible difference.

Kitchens, breakout areas and staff rooms tend to be higher wear than executive floors and benefit from durable, washable finishes.
