Residential blocks live on a rhythm. Most agents and RMCs work a 5–7 year internal cycle and a 7–10 year external cycle, broken up by reactive bits in between — a leak repair here, a make-good after a trade there. A redecoration scheme needs to fit into that rhythm without disrupting the people who live in the building.

Every block we quote gets a written spec — surface, prep, primer, finish, number of coats, manufacturer. That way the agent can compare us against other contractors on the same basis, and there's no argument later about what was included.

Can you carry colours forward year-on-year?+
Yes. We record colours, manufacturer and finish for every block we decorate, so the next phase or any reactive touch-ups blend in cleanly.
Do you give a workmanship guarantee?+
12 months on workmanship, plus the paint manufacturer's product warranty on top. Most material defects show within the first 6 months — we come back and put them right.
