What's involved.
Landlords don't want a different paint scheme in every property and they don't want bespoke quotes for routine void redecorations. We agree a standard spec at the start of the relationship and apply it across the portfolio.
Statements of work include photos before and after, colours used, and any minor repairs picked up during the visit.
