Hallway Wall Panelling

What's involved.
Hallways take more knocks than any other room. Panelling at dado height absorbs the scuffs that always show on flat paint, and it makes a narrow space feel more deliberate rather than just a corridor.
We design around the awkward features — radiators, consumer units, alarm panels, light switches — so the result reads as planned, not patched.
We work across Sutton Coldfield, Four Oaks, Mere Green, Little Aston, Lichfield, Tamworth, Birmingham, Solihull and surrounding areas.

Walk and measure
We measure the whole flow — entrance through to landing — so the panelling reads as one.

Pencilled out on the wall, height and spacing confirmed against doors and architrave.
Fit
Fixed, caulked and prepped.

Common questions.
Dado height or full height?+
Dado-height (around 1m) is the traditional choice in hallways — easier to live with and protects the impact zone. Full-height suits larger entrance halls.
Will it make my hallway feel smaller?+
Usually the opposite. Continuous panelling at dado height draws the eye along the hallway and makes it feel more considered.
Can you do this without disturbing the floor?+
Yes — we work above the existing skirting in most hallways. If the skirting is tired we'd recommend replacing while we're there.
